A Day of Rest

Shalom Sisters warmly invite you to “A Day of Rest”, designed to create the space to pause, breathe and invite our whole Self into peacefulness and rest.
When together we’ll journey through exploring ways we can rest in our Eternal Identity, Journal our Divine Inner Wisdom, and invite our bodies into calm through a Movement Meditation. We will share delicious food and have times available for silence and contemplation.
Whether you seek inspiration, connection, or simply a space to rest, join us in making time for ourselves, others and exploring our identity all while celebrating the art of being together!
